This is a documentary of the Nicosia open-air market on the Turkish side of Cyprus, which has been politically divided for 45 years due to conflict between Greek and Turkish Cypriots. The film introduces the daily lives of good-natured locals selling and buying the island's unique foods, wild and raised, many of which have sustained both Christian and Muslim since the time of the crusades.
